How accurate is the National Directory of Dentists?

We strive to be exceptionally accurate - we cross-reference multiple sources, let dentists update their own information, perform automated data accuracy checks, and also confirm the dentist’s information by contacting them!

I’ve spotted an error - can I correct it?

Dentists can correct their own listings - see the information in the dentist section below. Otherwise, please let us know via our contact form. Thank you in advance!

Will you contact the dentist for me?

No - we simply provide the information and it is up to you to contact the dentist of your choosing.

I’m a dentist and my listing has an error - what should I do?

You have a few options:

• make the correction yourself using our online form.
• send the correction to us via email.
• call us toll-free at 801-533-4199 and we will assist you.

How do I become a featured dentist?

You can become a featured dentist by signing up for it. This is a paid service that highlights your practice to all visitors in your local area. See the featured dentist page for more details.

Who do I contact for billing questions?

Please call Customer Support at 801-533-4199 during business hours or use our contact form.

How are payments handled?

Payment is accepted in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. This information will be kept on file as your clinic’s billing information.

All charges for NationalDirectoryofDentists.com services are billed as a one time annual fee. If you prefer to make quarterly payments, a specialized no interest payment plan can be set up for you.

Yearly subscription begins on the day services are rendered and continues for one year from that date.

We will notify you via phone, fax or email when your subscription year is coming to a close. Your National Directory of Dentists renewal services will be automatically charged to your account annually to ensure uninterrupted service.

To discontinue your services, please notify us prior to your billing date by contacting The National Directory of Dentists. Cancellations are NOT confirmed until you have spoken to the cancellation department until that time your account will be billed as normal until contact is made.

All information representing the clinic is the responsibility of the clinic.
